Lovely looking spring recipe. Can’t wait to try it after a trip to the Farmer’s Market this weekend. 😋

This looks so good! Tonnino is my favorite, too, no question about it!

This was absolutely delicious! I used spinach and cheese tortellini and sugar snap peas, and for the herbs I used a mixture of parsley, thyme, basil, and a little bit of dill. The shallots, garlic, and green onions give this so much flavor. My family loved it - even my son and my husband who are not huge dill fans. I will be riffing on this recipe all summer long, as my garden dictates!

Delicious!

I make a less-healthy version: sauteed onions or shallots, bacon in small pieces (cooked & drained of fat), peas, and a creamy sauce. I made it up based on a dish served at an employer's catered Christmas party in the early 90s, then I saw a similar recipe somewhere else years later--possibly Martha Stewart--and that's where I got the idea for the bacon. You could call mine the wintry comfort food version.

I just picked up some pasta to fix this as I have a stash of green beans. Look really yummy. Is there a way to pdf the recipe so I can save it to my recipe folder? That said I am a huge fan of your Newlywed Cookbook. It is a joy to read and cook from- even as an oldywed. I think most singles out on their own would love your cookbook.
