I’ve made your almost famous cranberry bundt and would like to try it with cherries and/or mixed berries. I assume the rest of the recipe remains the same! Happy 5 year birthday of your book......many recipes have become our family favorites! Thank you.
Hi Maureen!! Yes, this is a derivative of that beloved cake! It’s amazing in all seasons, especially with cherries in June/July or Blueberries (ripening now). Since cherries tend to be wet, I like to toss them in 2 tablespoons of flour before I add them to the batter so they don’t stick to the sides of the pan. Good luck and I hope you enjoy it! 🍒
