I made this last night and it was simple and straightforward, but SO flavorful. Can't wait to make this again. Thanks for sharing, Sarah, and congrats to the other Sara on the new book!

Thank you for sharing this, Polina! It’s so fun getting real time reports (and knowing we were having the same thing for dinner!). We had leftovers last night—even better and that flavor of marinating in the sauce overnight really comes though

Jenny, thank you for getting us hooked on chicken parm! You need to make these for Ben next time he’s home!! Matyas ate a nice bowlful, and then his little buddy came over after a tough soccer game and they both ate two bowls of them, cold from the fridge. Made me so proud and glad I made a double batch this week!
