There is nothing better than good banana bread. Mollie Katzen’s, which has brewed coffee in the batter, has been my go-to for decades. More recently, my daughter often makes Shauna Sever’s recipe from Midwest Made. It has a light, crunchy sugar topping. But I love the idea of butter pecan banana bread. Will be adding this to the rotation.
