Wintering. This fills me with warmth. I’ve always been a believer that winter is for rest, so that when the solstice comes in March, I am rejuvenated and ready to set sail. xo

I so love your newsletters and all the thoughts or food for thought! I like your approach to the new year and all the possibilities. This is my time of year to meditate more, be mindful of all the good in my life, slow down and appreciate all I have. I felt like this for the first days, and weeks. I'm still feeling like this, so this lovely post made me feel less alone. And I love the wintering process, I decided to dedicate these winter months to wintering and recovering.
