Hello, friends!

I’m breaking form to send you my first-ever late-night post because I wanted to get three juicy letters to you this month, and it’s my last day to hit the mark (happy leap year!).

February has been INTENSE, in the best possible ways, and I’ve been creating tons of new recipes I can’t wait to bring you in the coming weeks. I won’t tell you about all the deep-winter posts I had planned for this week that no longer feel right after a streak of 60-degree days, but moments ago (in the bath!) I was thinking about how beautiful and joyful our family dinner was tonight. This may surprise you, but that is a pretty big shift from our norm—and it’s all thanks to ONE SMALL CHANGE.
